Evaluation
The quality assurance as part of the management and process evaluation will aim at participatory quality improvement (process) and overall effectiveness (outcome) with several foci. The evaluation of relevance will measure the response degree to the target groups’ needs/problems.
The following methods will be used to elicit data for quality assurance processes:
individual/team interviews with partner teams/ beneficiaries/associate partners/stakeholders
focus groups with target group representatives before the implementation starts
participant observations of classroom activities
online survey applied as baseline and outcome evaluation on selected issues, relating to the evaluation indicators
small survey: relating to the impact indicators
The evaluation will be conducted in the spirit of participatory research and evaluation and will aim at shared understanding and ownership of the project’s results and strong commitment towards their upscaling.
